About the Role
I am looking to speak to a Building Surveyor / Project Manager who can take ownership of minor works and major capital programmes across commercial and corporate property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Capital Project Delivery of corporate estate. This includes the rollout of Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs), upgraded heating and lighting systems, and building fabric improvements.
