We are recruiting an experienced Group Financial Controller to join a fast-growing, PE-backed SaaS business on a 12-month contract. Reporting to the CFO, you will lead Group financial reporting and controls across a multi-entity, multi-currency environment while supporting continued growth and acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead monthly Group consolidations across 4-5 entities.
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements and management accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, FRS 102 and UK GAAP.
  • Manage statutory reporting and external audits.
  • Support Board and investor reporting.
  • Drive finance process improvements and ERP implementation.
