Vivid Resourcing Ltd is supporting a Kent-based Local Authority in appointing an interim Hard Facilities M&E Supervisor for an initial 3-6 month contract.
The role is part-time, 3 days per week, within a diverse estate including offices and community buildings.
You will lead on M&E maintenance, ensure compliance and manage contractors.
You should have strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical/electrical systems, plus a good understanding of statutory compliance (H&S, gas, electrical, water hygiene).
