Vivid Resourcing Ltd are supporting a Kent-based Local Authority in recruiting an interim Hard Facilities Fabric Supervisor.
The role is 3 days per week (part-time) and requires you to be within 20 miles of Gravesend.
You will lead on all building fabric maintenance across offices, schools, community centres, and operational properties, supervising contractors, monitoring SLAs, KPIs and health and safety compliance to ensure the estate remains fit for purpose.
