Overview:
A local authority in Norfolk is seeking an experienced Interim Estates Surveyor to manage its property portfolio, focusing on general estate management and resolving a backlog of legacy lease renewals and rent reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day estate matters across a mixed-use property portfolio.

Lead on lease renewals, rent reviews, and landlord-tenant negotiations.

Provide professional property advice and ensure compliance with legal and internal standards.

Maintain accurate property records and liaise with tenants and stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience in estates management, ideally within a local authority.

Strong understanding of landlord and tenant law.

MRICS preferred but not essential with relevant experience.

Able to work independently and manage a varied workload.

Onsite attendance required 3 days per week.
