Castle Point Borough Council is seeking to appoint a Capital Projects and Project Management Surveyor on an initial 6-month basis to support the Estates and Assets Assistant Director. Please note this role will be based in the office for a minimum of 3 days per week.
Role purpose: This role will focus on managing several key projects and will involve working closely with senior management to ensure the successful delivery of these projects. Candidates must be able to lead with confidence and have a self-starter approach as the work programme has several projects in flight and requires the successful individual to manage a variety of stakeholders.
