I’m looking for a Senior Associate-level Real Estate Solicitor (or above) to join a team on an interim basis, starting next week .
The role will involve:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Property development
- Secured lending transactions
- Managing matters independently from instruction through to completion
What we’re looking for:
- Associate level or above
- Able to pick up matters quickly and work independently
Logistics:
- Start: Next week
- Duration: 6 months
- Working pattern: 4 days per week or full-time
- Hybrid: 2 days onsite
