Vivid Resourcing Ltd is recruiting an ASB Officer to safeguard our properties against nuisance and tenancy breaches using early intervention tools across the area.

You will triage cases and coordinate timely responses in line with service standards.

You will manage ASB, Domestic Abuse, Hate Crime and other tenancy breach cases, applying warnings, mediation referrals, and evidence gathering in partnership with key stakeholders to support victims and maintain tenancy integrity.
