Overview
We are currently looking for an interim Electrical Design Engineer for an initial 6‑month period. The position is based in Penrith, requiring one day per week on site, with a possible increase to two days per week during the summer.
Responsibilities
- Plan maintenance and new building works across Council and University properties.
- Design new rewiring schemes.
- Create lighting layouts.
- Size small‑power wiring.
- Collaborate with security and fire alarm designers.
- Use Dialux or Relux for lighting design.
- Perform Electrical OM sizing of cables.
