• Sourcing high-quality candidates for specialist roles
• Winning and managing clients within your niche market
• Negotiating deals and placing candidates into exciting opportunities
• Working towards clear KPIs and goals
• Driving your own progression and success – the more you put in, the more you get out

What we’re looking for?

We care more about character than credentials. If you’re:

• A recent graduate (any discipline welcome!)
• Competitive and driven by targets/ goals.
• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Motivated by goals, growth, and earning potential
• Advantageous but not essential: experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or competitive sports.
