We’re supporting a business in Dunstable seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to strengthen financial planning and analysis capabilities during a key growth phase. This role will suit a commercially focused finance professional with strong analytical skills and experience partnering with senior stakeholders to drive performance and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes
- Deliver detailed financial analysis and performance reporting
- Develop financial models and scenario analysis
- Support strategic decision-making across the business
- Partner with operational and commercial teams
- Improve FP&A processes, reporting and controls
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Previous FP&A or commercial finance experience
- Strong modelling and analytical capability
- Advanced Excel skills

- Experience working in fast-paced environments
