We are seeking an experienced Locum Employment Law Solicitor to join on a temporary basis to support our busy Employment Law department.
The successful candidate will have strong experience in handling a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters and will be confident managing their own caseload with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- * Managing a varied employment law caseload.
- * Advising employers and/or employees on employment law matters.
- * Drafting employment contracts, settlement agreements and workplace policies.
- * Advising on unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy and disciplinary matters.
- * Handling Employment Tribunal claims and litigation where required.
- * Providing clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice.
- * Supporting the wider legal team as required.
Essential Requirements
- * Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
- * Strong experience in employment law.
- * Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
- * Excellent communication, drafting and client care skills.
- * Available to commence at short notice.
