Job Purpose: We’re looking for a skilled Building Surveyor to lead damp, mould and condensation diagnostics across our homes. You’ll carry out detailed inspections, identify root causes, and produce clear technical recommendations.
You’ll specify and oversee remedial works, manage contractors to ensure high-quality outcomes, and provide clear, supportive communication to residents throughout each case. With strong knowledge of housing standards and building pathology, you’ll ensure full compliance, maintain accurate records, and help us drive long-term improvements to keep our homes safe, healthy and sustainable.
