We’re seeking an experienced Damp & Mould Surveyor to support a residential portfolio within the public sector. You’ll be responsible for diagnosing and resolving damp, mould, and condensation issues, ensuring properties are safe, compliant, and meet Awaab’s Law requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • CSDB or CSTDB qualified (essential)
  • Experience working within social housing or local authority environments
  • Strong knowledge of building pathology, moisture ingress, and ventilation issues
  • Understanding of health & safety and housing compliance standards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out detailed property inspections to identify damp and mould issues
  • Diagnose root causes and specify effective remedial works
  • Manage cases through to completion, liaising with residents and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain accurate records
