We are working with a local authority\’s growing legal team in the West Midlands who are looking for an experienced locum commercial property lawyer to join their team!

The work would require someone to be able to hit the ground running and get to grips with a broad range of commercial property matters, as such prior local authority/public sector experience is required.
The role:
20 hours per week
6 month initial contract, with the option to roll-over
Rate: £50-60ph depending on candidate experience
Must have prior and extensive local authority experience
Must have experience with CPOs, acquisitions, disposals, and lease extensions.
