A leading insurance organisation is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join the finance team on a 9-month maternity cover contract.
Reporting directly to senior finance leadership, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis, supporting strategic decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting processes
- Deliver insightful monthly management information and performance reporting
- Develop and maintain robust financial models to support commercial and strategic decisions
- Provide detailed variance analysis and financial commentary for senior stakeholders
- Partner with operational and finance teams to drive performance and identify opportunities
- Support annual planning cycles and long-term financial planning activities
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership teams
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Previous FP&A experience within the insurance sector
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis expertise
- Advanced financial modelling skills with the ability to build and enhance complex models
