Opportunity to support a major offshore wind infrastructure project, focusing on cost control, forecasting, and financial reporting within a large capital delivery environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cost control frameworks, procedures, and reporting tools
- Develop and manage project budgets and Estimate at Completion (EAC) forecasts
- Track actual costs, commitments, VOWD, and forecast performance against budgets
- Produce accurate monthly cost reports for senior stakeholders and governance reviews
- Support change control processes, variation orders, and contingency drawdowns
- Liaise with planning and finance teams to ensure alignment of cost and schedule
- Review contractor invoices, accruals, and cost submissions for accuracy
- Support cost and risk analysis sessions
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Proven experience in project cost control or project finance roles
- Background in large capital projects (energy, offshore wind, infrastructure, engineering)
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, and change control processes
- Ability to work independently in a structured project environment
