Associate Director, Valuations

Salary: £50,000 - £70,000, depending on experience Location: Manchester, office-based a minimum of 3 days a week Sector: Commercial Valuation A senior role in a growing North West valuation team. Our client, a leading national firm, is strengthening its valuation team in Manchester. Experienced valuers are in short supply, so they are keen to hear from anyone ready to step up in responsibility, and they have some flexibility on level for the right person. The role You’ll take a senior position in the team, leading instructions and client relationships and helping to develop colleagues. You’ll be involved in: * Leading Red Book valuations across commercial sectors * Managing and growing client relationships * Reviewing and signing off reports * Supporting and mentoring surveyors in the team * Working with colleagues across the business to bring in new instructions About you * MRICS and RICS Registered Valuer * Significant post-qualification experience in commercial valuation, with a strong, recent track record of Red Book work * Experience of the North West market * Confident managing client relationships and complex instructions * A pragmatic, commercial approach and strong communication skills Why apply * A senior role in a team that is actively hiring and growing * Flexibility on level, so a strong senior surveyor looking for the next step is welcome to apply * A competitive salary of £50,000-£70,000, depending on experience
