An experienced Associate Director is required to lead a Building Control service within a commercially focused environment. The role will drive operational performance, service growth, financial control and team leadership while delivering high-quality, compliant services to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing Building Control service and management team.
- Drive business growth, client development and new service opportunities.
- Full accountability for operational delivery, performance, quality and compliance.
- Manage budgets, income generation, cost control and contract performance.
- Build strong relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
