Administrator - Damp & Mould Team

We are seeking an organised and proactive Administrator to support a busy Damp & Mould Team within a housing organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling incoming telephone calls and email enquiries from tenants and residents.
  • Scheduling inspections, surveys, and remedial works with residents and contractors.
  • Updating and maintaining housing management systems with accurate case information.
  • Inputting, monitoring, and tracking damp and mould records and compliance data.
  • Liaising with surveyors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure appointments are completed.
  • Producing reports, correspondence, and general administrative documentation.
  • Providing excellent customer service and keeping residents updated on the progress of their cases.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative or customer service experience.
  • Strong data entry and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within social housing, repairs, maintenance, or property services would be advantageous
