I am partnering on an exciting role for a client based in London’s West End — a modern luxury boutique that has been established for just over 10 years. Leading a small team in an operationally focused management position, we are seeking a motivational leader with strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial flair.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
• Hire, train, and assess store employee\’s productivity and performance
• Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
• Oversee stock and store operations

This role would suit an existing boutique manager or potentially a department/assistant manager looking to step into a managers role.
