We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established independent optical practice in Urmston for an experienced or aspiring Dispensing Optician to join their friendly and passionate team! This is an opportunity to work in a modern independent environment where patient care, personalised styling and premium eyewear are genuinely at the heart of everything they do. The practice has built an excellent local reputation for delivering a relaxed, award-winning, high-quality customer experience and offering carefully curated independent frame collections that stand out from the high street.
What you'll be doing day to day:
- Dispensing and fitting premium eyewear
- Delivering tailored frame styling consultations
- Helping patients choose frames that suit both their prescription and personality
- Adjustments, fittings and aftercare
- Supporting patients with lens choices including varifocals and specialist lenses
- Working closely with Optometrists and the wider practice team
- Creating a welcoming, enjoyable patient journey from start to finish
