We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and patient-focused Optometrist to join an independent practice in Hemel Hempstead. The Role
As an Optometrist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive eye examinations, delivering tailored patient care, and maintaining the highest clinical standards. You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with patients while working with a professional and friendly team.
Working Hours
- Part-time position with an excellent work-life balance
- Alternate weekly rota: Week 1: 3 days, Week 2: 4 days
- No Sundays and limited weekend requirements
- Flexible and structured clinic hours
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough eye examinations and sight tests
- Provide professional advice on eye health and vision care
- Detect, diagnose, and manage ocular conditions
- Offer tailored recommendations on lenses and eyewear
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Deliver exceptional patient care and service
Equipment & Technology
You will be working with modern, well-maintained equipment, including:
- OCT (Optical Coherence Tomography)
- Auto-refractor and phoropter systems
- Digital retinal imaging
- Visual field analysers
- Up-to-date dispensing and diagnostic tools
