Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive sight tests
- Advising patients on eye health and visual solutions
- Managing contact lens appointments and aftercare
- Making appropriate referrals where required
- Working closely with Dispensing Opticians and Optical Assistants
- Supporting patients through their full optical journey
- Using modern clinical technology to support accurate diagnoses
- Maintaining accurate and compliant patient records
- Delivering a high standard of customer care and professionalism
You will be supported by a strong front-of-house and dispensing team, allowing you to focus on patient care and clinical delivery.
Testing times and clinical setup
Testing times typically around 35 - 40 minutes. Pre-screening completed by experienced support staff. Opportunity to provide enhanced clinical services. Structured diary management to support efficient clinics. The practice places a strong emphasis on both clinical care and patient experience.
