Overview
As a skilled labourer, you\’ll provide a minor skilled repairs and maintenance service to our properties.
This may involve some of the following:
Responsibilities
- Groundwork, fencing works (repairs and replacements), brickwork repairs and small paving works
- Keeping sites clear of rubbish and delivering to tip/central skip
- Delivering and collecting materials to and from sites
- Occasionally small jobs of painting, decorating, mould washing or minor brickwork repairs
- Assisting on 2-person repairs
- Occasionally working with roofers to provide support for working at heights
Requirements
You will need experience as a Labourer in a varied role carrying out tasks similar to the above.
Good knowledge of health and safety to carry out works safely.
A full, clean current driving licence held for at least one year is required to drive one of our vans when necessary. Offers are subject to satisfactory driving licence checks and DBS checks.
Salary: £29,025 + up to £1,800 bonus + use of company van.
