Vivid Housing in Portsmouth is seeking a Repairs Inspector to join our Responsive Repairs team. You will deliver safety, quality and compliance checks across housing stock, working independently with contractors and our Direct Labour Organisation.
The role is full-time (37 hours) with a van and fuel card provided. You will help uphold Decent Homes Standards, health and safety regulations, and report findings using inspection systems and MS Office. DBS checks apply.
