This is a full time role, working 37 hours per week for a duration of 18-24 months, starting September 2025.
Here’s the facts about the role:
You’ll complete a Revenue and Welfare Benefits Practitioner apprenticeship (Level 4) to gain practical skills and real-world experience in the social housing sector. You’ll have access to training, mentorship, and a variety of development opportunities.
The Revenues and Welfare Benefits apprentice will work within our Money Advice and Benefits team in which our advisors support 70,000+ customers with benefit calculations, applying for benefits, grants, addressing debt solutions and lay representation at benefit tribunal hearings.
This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop the skills and competencies that are required to meet our service standards and the needs of our customers. You will work closely with experienced housing professionals and MAB advisors to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of housing operations
You’ll gain hands-on experience in various aspects of housing operations including Neighbourhoods, Income and Financial Inclusion, Lettings, Complaints and Customer Experience.
