As Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, you will play an important part in delivering customer and community services. You will plan and organise the tools and equipment required for on-site work, and follow standard work routines with the ability to adjust in case of unplanned events. You will predominantly cover Aldershot and the surrounding North Hampshire area, and will be required to visit the Basingstoke office for training and ad hoc meetings. This is a full-time, permanent role working 39 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and organise tools and equipment required for on-site work.
  • Follow standard work routines and tasks on site, with adjustments for unplanned events.
  • Ad hoc tasks such as installation and repair of washing lines, line marking in communal areas, and graffiti removal.
  • Be accountable for the quality and efficiency of grounds maintenance on assigned sites; meet targets and support the supervisor to deliver a value-for-money service.
  • Use company-issued tablet and mobile phone to facilitate duties such as vehicle inspections, site reporting, and documenting completed work through photographic evidence.

Requirements

  • Full current UK driving licence (held for at least 1 year) and trailer licence; offers are subject to satisfactory driving licence checks and DBS check.
  • Comprehensive training, including support in obtaining any necessary role-related licenses.
