As a Stock Condition Surveyor you will carry out paperless home health checks (stock condition surveys) on dwellings and non‑dwelling building assets, managing the survey from start to finish to update our asset management database. You will take ownership from appointment making through to validating and uploading data into the asset database, ensuring that the data is accurate and up to date. If any building defects are identified you will report them through the appropriate channels. You will be a good communicator with a strong customer focus and the ability to adapt your communication and pitch as appropriate for the audience. You will manage your own diary to book and attend appointments and will have strong time‑management and prioritisation skills to achieve the agreed number of completed surveys each week.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
- Experience and knowledge of surveying, asset management or a similar field is beneficial; training will be provided if needed.
- Competency with technology and the systems used for paperless surveys.
Employment Details
- Full‑time, permanent role working 37 hours per week, based out of our Basingstoke office and covering stock throughout Hampshire.
- The role involves travel and mileage will be paid.
