You will lead the Building and Fire Safety team with overall responsibility for the safety of our residents, assets and neighbouring communities, including our High‑Risk Residential Buildings, while maintaining compliance across the wider portfolio in line with current and emerging legislation, regulation and best practice.
The Head of Fire and Building Safety will lead the fire risk assessment programme, oversee and drive remedial actions, and be responsible for delivering VIVID’s building remediation programme, securing funding and pursuing recovery through the Responsible Actors Scheme.
