This role is customer-focused and will require a strong team player who can support colleagues and managers with case management, offer advice and support in training, and liaise with external agencies as needed. You will compile evidence, take witness statements, provide effective witness support, and support in cases that go to court. You will also work closely with local authority partners to ensure our customers' needs are met, and will maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing legislation and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Support colleagues and managers with case management.
  • Provide advice and support in training.
  • Compile evidence, take witness statements, and provide witness support.
  • Support in cases that go to court.
  • Liaise with external agencies and local authority partners.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing legislation and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Good knowledge and best practice of ASB and tenancy fraud, and housing legislation.
  • Awareness and understanding of the social housing sector, with previous experience in housing beneficial.
  • Experience in investigatory work, ASB, or similar.
  • Experience working in a customer‑centred role with strong communication skills to work with customers and partner agencies.
  • Professional qualification is an advantage but not essential.

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
  • Willingness to travel across North Hampshire.
  • Ability to work 37 hours per week and comply with a minimum of 20 % onsite.
  • Satisfactory DBS check.
