We’re seeking a Head of Fire and Building Safety to provide both strategic leadership and hands-on operational oversight of VIVID’s Building and Fire Safety portfolio, ensuring full compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations.
You’ll lead the Building and Fire Safety team with overall responsibility for the safety of our residents, assets and neighbouring communities, including our High-Risk Residential Buildings, while maintaining compliance across the wider portfolio in line with current and emerging legislation, regulation and best practice.
This is a full-time permanent role, working 37 hours per week. You’ll be expected to attend the office 3 days a week to enable you to build strong working relationships with your teams. When you are performing in the role, we’d offer flexibility in your work location, either the office or home and you’d be expected to work in the office as required.
