Vivid Healthcare are currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified CBT Therapist to support the ASCEND Mental Health Sexual Assault Team in Stoke-on-Trent. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Psychological Therapist/CBT Therapist to join a specialist service and support clients currently waiting for psychological therapy. The role will primarily involve working through an existing CBT waiting list and providing evidence-based CBT treatment to clients. The position can be completed remotely, making this an excellent opportunity for therapists looking for flexible working. Successful remote candidates will be required to attend the Stoke-on-Trent base for their first shift for induction.

The Role

  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based CBT interventions
  • Work through an existing CBT waiting list
  • Assess and formulate clients' psychological needs
  • Deliver structured psychological therapy and monitor treatment outcomes
  • Manage your own caseload effectively

Essential Requirements

  • A Postgraduate Diploma in CBT
  • BABCP Accreditation
  • Significant experience working as a CBT Therapist/Psychological Therapist
  • Demonstrable experience delivering CBT interventions
  • Experience managing a psychological therapy caseload
  • Ability to work independently and remotely where required
  • Availability to attend Stoke-on-Trent for initial induction

Experience working with trauma, PTSD, sexual assault or complex mental health presentations would be highly desirable.
