Vivid Healthcare are currently recruiting Band 5 Community Nurses to support the Evening and District Nursing Night Service across Gloucestershire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Community Nurse looking for consistent overnight shifts , working as part of a supportive two-person team alongside a Healthcare Assistant. The Role You will provide high-quality nursing care to patients across the county of Gloucestershire during the night, working alongside an HCA who will be responsible for driving. The role will involve travelling between patient homes and providing safe, effective and compassionate care throughout the overnight period.
