What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting individuals with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, and medication
- Promoting independence and empowering individuals to make their own choices
- Assisting with household tasks and maintaining a safe, clean environment
- Supporting service users to access community and social activities
- Upholding safeguarding, health & safety, and well‑being standards
- Building strong, positive relationships and maintaining accurate care records
