About the Role
As a Domiciliary Care Assistant, you will support individuals in their own homes with personal care, daily routines, and companionship—helping them maintain independence and dignity.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, companionship, and emotional support
- Assist with daily living tasks like washing, dressing, toileting, and meal prep
- Promote independence and respect each client’s dignity
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Travel between clients’ homes in the local area (short distances)
What We’re Looking For
- Compassionate, kind, and respectful individuals
- Previous experience in a care setting (domiciliary or similar) is needed
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Reliability and flexibility (day or night shifts)
- Team player with a willingness to continuously improve
- Must be available to attend 3-day induction training
- Able to provide 3 years of references
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check (we can help arrange this)
