Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time & Part-Time

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting individuals with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, and medication
  • Promoting independence and empowering individuals to make their own choices
  • Assisting with household tasks and maintaining a safe, clean environment
  • Supporting service users to access community and social activities
  • Upholding safeguarding, health & safety, and well-being standards
  • Building strong, positive relationships and maintaining accurate care records

What We’re Looking For

  • A kind, empathetic nature and genuine passion for helping others
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Minimum 6 months’ experience supporting individuals with autism or learning disabilities
  • Level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)
  • Training in Autism Awareness and/or Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) preferred
