The Role – Technical Business Development Lead

We’re seeking someone who can confidently bridge client communication and technical knowledge, helping us expand our client base and convert leads into live projects across any of our service identities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach new clients (venues, corporates, planners, agencies)
  • Respond to inbound enquiries and convert interest into confirmed bookings
  • Translate client needs into solutions across our group (AV, dĂ©cor, content)
  • Quote projects accurately with support from internal teams
  • Prepare proposals, attend occasional site visits or meetings
  • Build long-term relationships with strategic partners and clients

Ideal Candidate:

  • Background in event production / AV / creative services
  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable quoting and proposing technical solutions
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bonus: industry network in events, venues, or creative agencies

Terms:

  • Freelance / part-time: 1–2 days per week or per project
  • Paid per day, per project, or monthly retainer
  • Commission available for confirmed bookings (5–10%)
  • Remote role with flexible hours + occasional in-person meetings
