This is a hands-on leadership role where people, process, and performance come together. You’ll lead our Engineering, Technical Support, Project Management, and Stock functions, ensuring everything runs smoothly today and long into the future.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead, coach, and develop high-performing AV and technical teams
- Oversee Engineering, Stock, and Technical Support operations
- Champion quality, ISO 9001 standards, and continuous improvement
- Embed strong operational processes, asset management, and reporting
- Drive innovation, efficiency, and service excellence
- Own H&S compliance, risk assessments, audits, and safe working practices
- Use data, dashboards, and insight to guide decisions and performance
- Be a trusted voice at leadership level, shaping how AV supports the wider business
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience leading AV, engineering, or technical teams
- Strong understanding of AV engineering, installations, and support
