As our Procurement & Stock Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You’ll manage day-to-day procurement activities, maintain accurate stock levels, and ensure our stock rooms and build areas are organised, efficient, and ready to support our engineers in delivering exceptional service. This is a hands-on, practical role that combines procurement, stock control, and collaboration with teams across the business.

Requirements

  • Raising and managing purchase orders, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating urgent stock requests to site when needed
  • Receiving deliveries, asset tagging items, logging receipts, and allocating stock to the correct locations
  • Proactively organising stock rooms, prep areas, and the engineering build room to maintain high standards
  • Supporting stock counts and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Using stock and quote data to assess inventory requirements and future demand
  • Maintaining accurate product data across internal systems
  • Supporting stock reporting and analysis (usage trends, failure rates, minimum stock levels, etc.)
  • Preparing stock for planned works orders
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers
  • Working closely with Finance on invoice reconciliation and queries
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and supporting process and system enhancements
  • Assisting with general ad-hoc tasks within the stock and build rooms
