The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 ÂŁ per year.
As one of our AV Engineers, youâll play a key role in shaping and supporting our expert installation and service engineering team. Living our Customer First value, youâll ensure every project is delivered to the highest technical standards, with quality, care, and attention at the heart of everything we do.
Youâll work closely with our Engineering Management team, Chief Engineer, and Project Managers, bringing a Smart and Commercial mindset to every decision â ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and right first time.
This is a national role, so youâll need to be comfortable travelling across the UK, staying away from home between 1â4 nights per week, depending on project requirements. What youâll bring
- Extensive experience in the Audio-Visual industry, with a strong background in AV systems design, and integration.
- Proven track record of working handsâon from 1st fix through to commissioning
- Deep understanding of AV technologies including video distribution, networking, audio processing, projection, and display systems
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent problemâsolving ability and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with both technical and nonâtechnical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Willingness to travel UKâwide, including overnight stays and occasional weekends / OOH (we wonât ask for more than 6 weekends per year)

- Oversee offâsite prefabrication and onâsite installation of AV systems
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and health & safety regulations
- Develop and improve engineering best practices, processes, and documentation
- Mentor junior engineers and support professional development
- Stay ahead of emerging AV technologies, feeding into our hardware and software roadmap
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expertâlevel support
- Deliver outstanding customer service and rightâfirstâtime engineering
