Hybrid - 3 days per week As our Lead Product Manager, you'll take ownership of turning product strategy into reality, leading a team of Product Managers and delivering solutions that create meaningful experiences for families, funeral professionals and venue operators across the UK. Working closely with the Product Director, you'll own portfolio prioritisation, guide product delivery, make key trade-off decisions and ensure our roadmap delivers real customer and commercial value. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll influence business direction, develop product capability and help shape the future of our product portfolio. Own portfolio-wide prioritisation, balancing customer needs, commercial opportunity and technical feasibility. Drive customer-centric product decisions through insight, data and market understanding. Partner with Technology, Delivery, Data, Marketing and Customer teams to ensure successful execution. Act as a trusted deputy to the Product Director, contributing to strategic and portfolio-level decisions. Strong commercial awareness and ability to make effective prioritisation decisions. A customer-first mindset and passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Experience building product processes, frameworks and ways of working that drive results.
