The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

As one of our Advanced Engineers, you will support our team of expert installation and service engineers. You will be responsible for ensuring adherence to our high standards of engineering work, mentoring and coaching the team to support our drive for continued improvement and excellence in AV integration. You will work with our Engineering Management team, Chief Engineer and Project Managers to ensure all projects are delivered to the highest technical standards, on time and within budget.

In return, we ask you to support our efforts with these key responsibilities:

  • Proven track record of managing installation teams, working hands on from 1st fix to commissioning.
  • Deep understanding of AV technologies including Video distribution, Networking, control systems (e.g., Crestron, Extron), audio processing, projection, and display systems.
  • Strong team management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Willing to travel UK wide to install systems (including overnight stays) & weekend and OOH when required. We won't ask for more than 6 weekends per year.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, AV Technology, or a related field.
  • Industry certifications (e.g., CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I).
  • Experience with AutoCAD or similar AV design tools.
