We are seeking a Product Manager to play a pivotal role in defining Vivantio's product future. This is an opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering high-value, frequently used capabilities for customers who rely on the platform to run mission-critical service operations every day.

As Product Manager, you will own the full product lifecycle, from discovery through delivery. You will work closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to refine and execute the product roadmap, define new capabilities, and ensure alignment with Vivantio's strategic objectives. Operating within an agile environment, you will lead backlog refinement, support sprint and release planning, and translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable outcomes.

You will also own broader platform initiatives, including UI modernization and the identification and adoption of AI-driven opportunities that enhance usability, intelligence, and differentiation. Above all, you will act as a strong advocate for customer value, ensuring we deliver intuitive, scalable solutions that meet the needs of a diverse, global customer base.

Requirements

As a crucial part of the product management team, the Product Manager will collaborate with stakeholders, leadership and customers to help refine and drive our product roadmap and define innovative new features for our IT Service Management Platform.

What you’ll do

  • Own and drive specific product roadmap initiatives for the Vivantio SaaS products, from discovery through delivery.
  • Translate product priorities into clear, actionable requirements by writing user stories, maintaining and prioritizing the backlog, and working closely with developers on day-to-day execution.
  • Act as the primary product interface for the engineering team, providing clarity, context, and fast decision-making throughout the development process.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders, customers, and partners to inform the product roadmap and evangelize the Vivantio application.
  • Take a data-informed approach to product decisions across roadmap, design, and development.

What you’ll bring

  • 5+ years of software product management experience with commercial product, preferably SaaS.
  • Demonstrated understanding of AI-driven product opportunities and how to operationalize them into usable features.
  • Prior experience as a product manager and product owner in agile/scrum development environment.
  • Prior experience collaborating with UX/UI designers on product features using design tools like Figma, Sketch, etc.
  • Startup technology company experience, preferably for a SaaS offering.
  • Experience working with a diverse team of engineers, marketers and product managers.
  • Experience managing the development of extensions and integrations for a core product to other platforms.
  • Customer-centric mindset and passion for enhancing usability and workflow efficiency.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in ITSM, Customer Management, automation or workflow-oriented SaaS platforms.
  • Exposure to AI technologies, machine learning concepts, or AI-powered product development.
  • Advance qualifications with an entrepreneurship or technical management background.
  • BS in Computer Science and/or prior software development experience.
  • Practical knowledge of querying databases.
  • Prior product management experience for a product's public API offering.
