Vivantio is a leading provider of B2B service management software, helping organizations deliver exceptional service experiences. As we continue to modernize our platform, we are looking for a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, scalable and engaging user experiences across our SaaS product.
In this role, you will take product requirements and transform them into clear, user-centered designs that drive adoption, usability and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers and other stakeholders to share the experience of complex workflows and deliver meaningful improvements to the platform.
Requirements
As a key member of the Product and Engineering team, you will own and drive UX/UI design across Vivantio’s platform. You will optimize existing experiences while identifying new opportunities to improve the customer journey and overall usability.
What you’ll do:
- Own and drive the end-to-end user experience for Vivantio’s SaaS platform
- Collaborate with Product Managers to translate requirements into intuitive designs and workflows
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma
- Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs
- Contribute to and maintain a scalable design system and UI component library
- Improve usability, accessibility and consistency across the platform
- Continuously iterate on designs through feedback, testing and data insights
What you’ll bring:
- 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally with SaaS products
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and visual design skills
- Experience with Figma or similar design tools
- Solid understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles
- Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional teams
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Bonus Points:
- Experience with B2B or Enterprise software (i.e. ITSM, CRM, workflow tools)
- Experience building or maintaining design systems
- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (i.e. React)
