From launching the home to building trusted relationships within the community, you’ll lead the way in creating a new standard of care.

Here’s More About The Role:- Delivering exceptional residential care through strong quality assurance practices
- Identifying new business opportunities and drive occupancy levels
- Partnering with our Talent Acquisition and Marketing teams to design an inclusive recruitment plan that brings in people who share our values and commitment to exceptional care
- Working alongside the Marketing Team and Customer Relationship Partner to build excitement about the new home and share the Vivant Care Story
- Overseeing budgets to ensure financial viability and identify growth opportunities
- Demonstrating a positive and inclusive approach towards all residents, ensuring their diverse needs are met with respect and understanding
- Making sure the technology and systems our teams rely on are up and running, tested, and ready to go for opening
- Connecting with local organisations and communities to build strong, meaningful relationships and ensure the Care Home becomes a valued part of the community
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Manager with a strong background in the Care Sector, ideally holding an NVQ Level 4 in Care Management or equivalent. You’ll be a confident, inspirational leader with proven line management experience, capable of motivating teams to deliver high-quality services. Strong financial skills are essential, including the ability to prepare, manage, and monitor budgets to ensure efficient use of resources.
As we prepare to open our new home, your ability to prioritise effectively, meet key deadlines, and maintain momentum under pressure will be crucial. A solid understanding of sector-specific regulatory requirements is also vital, ensuring our services remain compliant and aligned with best practices. Your Job:- 25 days annual leave (rising to a maximum of 30 days) plus bank holidays
