About The Role
As our Social Media & Partnerships Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing the day-to-day optimisation, reporting, and budgeting of our paid social and affiliate partnership accounts. You’ll support the Head of Paid Media, and wider team, with strategy implementation and performance analysis, contributing directly to our ambitious growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and produce high-performing social media creatives (video, image, carousel, and story formats) for multiple social media platforms.
- Collaborate with the brand team to align social media creatives with campaign objectives and brand voice.
- Conduct A/B testing on different ad creatives to identify top-performing versions.
- Manage asset libraries, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement through A/B testing and data-led experimentation.
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the affiliate partnership marketing program.
- Recruit and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and content partners.
What You’ll Need
- Strong interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, or performance marketing.
- Creative mindset with an eye for marketing content.

- Experience (internship or coursework) in digital marketing or partnerships.
