Vivactive Limited, winners of the best online business in Shropshire award, seek an exceptional person to join our Senior Management Team. The Company is looking to recruit a Paid Media Manager to join our Head Office, based in Telford. As Paid Media Manager at Vivactive, you will report to our Managing Director and support the business in building the strategy for our paid media channels, covering Paid Search, Paid Social and Affiliate. Your role will be pivotal in the strategic planning, execution, and reporting of all paid media campaigns. This role is key in driving performance, maximising ROI and CPA, and ensuring campaigns align with our broader business objectives.
You will be responsible for handling large budgets across three key websites in two key locations, United Kingdom and France, as well as overseeing a small team. The role will be working alongside our Brand Manager to align our advertising strategy with our core brand values, reporting to the wider business as a marketing team.
About You
- You’ll have 3-5 years hands-on experience in paid search (Google & Microsoft Ads) and paid social (Meta Ads).
- You’ll have experience in managing and mentoring a small team of paid media specialists.
- Comfortable working with large budgets (£100k+ a month), you will oversee and optimize paid media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 and similar reporting tools.
- Be confident reporting on performance as part of the senior management team in weekly trading meetings and monthly board meetings.
- Be a strategic thinker with a combination of analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and generate reports to inform future strategies.
- In-depth understanding of various paid media platforms, including Google Ads and Meta.
- Affiliate marketing experience is desired but not crucial to the role.
