Vivactive is an award-winning, fast-growing brand on a mission to become Europe’s leading incontinence provider. We are disrupting a tired industry with smarter thinking, sharper pricing, and outstanding service, and great design sits at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our Brand Team and help bring our products and campaigns to life across digital channels. This role is about more than producing assets at pace. It is about helping to shape how our brands look, feel, and communicate with customers. What you will do:
- Create high-quality visual assets for new product launches and website updates
- Support email and blog design to improve engagement and conversion
- Help develop new brands and product concepts
- Contribute to improving the overall look and feel of our websites
- Produce creative for social and wider marketing activity
- Work with the Brand Team to plan and prioritise design workload
- Help evolve our design systems, templates, and brand guidelines
What you will need:
- Experience in a graphic design role, ideally within ecommerce or digital marketing
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- A great eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
- Ability to balance creativity with commercial objectives
- Comfortable working to deadlines while maintaining high standards
- A collaborative, team-first approach
- Experience with email design would be desirable but is not essential
