We\βre looking for a dynamic and experienced Email Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our email strategy across three ecommerce stores. From crafting engaging campaigns to digging deep into data, this role requires someone who understands how email marketing can drive performance, and isn\βt afraid to take charge. Responsibilities
- Manage all email communications across our three ecommerce stores
- Plan and build engaging campaigns using our email platform
- Analyse performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics
- Own and manage customer segmentation strategies to drive retention and conversion
- Work closely with the buying team and wider business to ensure email aligns with product launches and service updates
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure all campaigns are visually impactful and on-brand
- Continuously test and optimise for better performance
- Help evolve our CRM strategy with smarter segmentation, automation, and personalisation
Qualifications
- Proven experience in email marketing, ideally in ecommerce
- A strong grasp of CRM platforms and email marketing best practices
- Confident in analysing performance data to inform decisions and strategy
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns
- A proactive mindset β someone who sees opportunities and runs with them
- A strong sense of visual design
- A creative brain with a commercial edge
- The ability to work independently but collaborate well with others
- Knowledge of Ometria or similar tools (a bonus, not a dealbreaker)
